HEROS AT HOME

Burnett + Company LLP, CPAs joins North State BIA and the Community Outreach Council for Rebuilding Together’s HEROES AT HOME program.

On Saturday, April 26th, 2008 we joined a team of about 150 volunteers who came together to revitalize three homes of Sacramento area military members with service related injuries who are experiencing financial hardships. Tasks included: replacing a fence, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and yard work.

As we painted and gardened, we watched professionals from several local contracting companies perform their make-over magic on one of three local sponsored homes.

Thanks to everyone who came out and participated in this worthwhile community event; we look forward to next year.
